Where are you based?
I'm based in Denver, Colorado, but travel for 80% of my weddings!
WHat is your style?
This is a great question! I consider myself an witness and try to capture every aspect of your day as such. The moments I love most are the unexpected, lighthearted and emotional ones. I don't pose in your typical way, but rather give plenty of direction, so you don't feel stiff or awkward. I consider the time we spend together more like one long conversation where we tell stories, joke a bunch, and laugh our butts off.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I do!
Are we required to meet you?
I hope you'd like to meet me! Generally we would meet in person during an engagement or portrait session, but I'd love to set up a time to chat over the phone first to make sure we are a good fit!
Will I receive every image?
No - and trust me you wouldn't want to. I take anywhere from 2,000-3,000 images on a wedding day, and bring it down to the best of the best. A typical wedding gallery will have about 600-800 fully edited, high resolution images.
Do you have a second shooter?
It totally depends on the wedding! This is something we discuss and I give my best recommendation on.
Do you use flash?
Yes I do! I enjoy playing with light and will typically use it on the dance floor or during the reception.
What's the deal with travel?
No travel fees for weddings within 100 miles of Denver (however, my highest package includes travel). A $200 travel fee is added to wedding venues over 100 miles. How can we book you?
A signed contract and a retainer of 25% of the total is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the wedding.
