St. Mary's Glacier Engagement Session - Snowy Engagement Photos in Colorado - Colorado Wedding Photographer - Hannah and Trevor

Hannah and Trevor knew they wanted snow for their engagement session at St. Mary’s Glacier. What we didn’t expect was just how much snow we would end up getting! If you’ve hiked St. Mary’s Glacier, you know it’s not a long hike, but it’s basically straight uphill for about a mile, so definitely not the easiest. We struggled a bit getting enough traction to hike up, but luckily we made it to the top and we were able to get some fun snowy engagement photos. This is truly what I envision true adventure sessions being like. We were wet, cold, but laughing at the randomness that is mother nature in Colorado. They had a mini snow fight at the end, and thats the way all engagement sessions should be :)

Rocky Mountain National Park Winter Elopement - 3M Curve Engagement - Regan and Aaron

This is the precursor to Regan and Aarons awesome Colorado love fest. They decided that a destination wedding in the Rockies was a right fit for them, and started their weekend out by a snowy intimate engagement session (turned vow reading) at Rocky Mountain National Park. The funniest thing is that their wedding, which took place about 2 days later, was bright, sunny, and not snowy in the slightest (we found some snow on the mountain pass we took some portraits on, but other than that, total night and day). I met with these two roughly one year ago, and I am happy to report that they have since welcomed an adorable little man into their lives. Regan and Aaron, thank you so much for having be celebrate with your nearest and dearest - can’t wait to share the rest of your weekend (which includes a ton of flip cup!)
